Typeform — the refreshingly different form builder used by 150,000+ businesses to collect 500 million responses per year through forms, surveys, and quizzes that people actually enjoy filling out, integrating with Slack, Zapier, HubSpot, and more — is hiring a Customer Success Manager for its Enterprise EMEA customers, working fully remotely from Germany, Ireland, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, or the United Kingdom. The Customer Success Team helps Enterprise customers explore the full potential of Typeform throughout their lifecycle: activating new accounts, driving adoption, preventing churn, identifying expansion opportunities, and acting as a trusted advisor. You'll partner with Enterprise customers to understand their goals, coach them on Typeform capabilities, monitor health scores and usage metrics, negotiate and close renewals, identify upsell opportunities, deliver executive account reviews, and collaborate across Sales, Support, Product, and Marketing. Strong customer success or account management experience in a SaaS company, a proven track record of driving expansions and renewals, process discipline, analytical thinking, and natural curiosity are required.
