Onboarding Support Specialist

Clipboard Health, a healthcare staffing marketplace connecting facilities with healthcare professionals, is hiring an Onboarding Support Specialist. Remote, restricted to Latin America.

You will guide healthcare professionals through document submission via email, chat, and phone, validate documents for accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance, identify and escalate problematic submissions with clear documentation, adhere to defined validation procedures using checklists and internal systems, maintain data integrity through accurate note-taking and timely ticket updates, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve workflows.

Requirements: background in trust & safety, document verification, credentialing, compliance operations, or customer support in high-compliance settings, strong attention to detail and pattern recognition, sound decision-making under ambiguous conditions, excellent written and verbal communication, and a self-motivated, organized, independent remote-work style. Minimum computer specs: Intel i5/AMD Ryzen 5/Apple M1+, 12GB RAM, 15Mbps wired internet, plus a quiet workspace and noise-canceling headset.
