Information we collect
We collect the information you provide directly — such as your name, email, resume, work history, and Signal profile — and information created as you use the Service, including saved jobs, applications, AI tool inputs and outputs, and basic usage data (pages viewed, device type, approximate location derived from IP address).
How we use it
We use your information to match you with jobs, power AI tools, send results and alerts you request, process payments, and improve the Service. AI tool inputs are processed to generate your results and are not sold. We do not use your data to train third-party AI models beyond what's needed to generate your own results.
Resume, recordings & AI tool data
Resumes you upload are stored to your account so you can reuse them. For our AI Interview Simulator, audio/video is processed in your browser for playback during the session; as of this policy, we do not upload or retain interview recordings server-side. If that changes as the product evolves, we'll update this section before the change ships.
Cookies & tracking
We use strictly necessary cookies to keep you signed in and remember basic preferences. We do not currently use third-party advertising or analytics trackers (e.g. Google Analytics, Meta Pixel). If we add any in the future, we'll update this policy and, where required by law, ask for your consent first.
Sharing
We share data only as needed to run the Service — our hosting provider (Supabase), payment processor (Stripe), transactional/marketing email provider (Resend), and AI providers used to generate tool results — or when you choose to publish your profile or apply to a job. We do not sell your personal data.
Data retention
We keep your account data for as long as your account is active. If you request deletion, we remove your personal data within a reasonable time, except where we need to retain limited records (e.g. transaction history) to comply with tax, accounting, or legal obligations.
Your rights & choices
You can access, edit, or delete your profile, resumes, and account information at any time from your account settings. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights — including the right to access, correct, delete, or port your data, and to opt out of certain processing — under laws such as the GDPR (EEA/UK) or state privacy laws (e.g. CCPA in California). To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the email below and we'll respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
Marketing emails
You can opt out of marketing and job-match emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any such email, or from your account settings. We'll still send you transactional emails related to your account and any applications you submit.
International users
EnRoute Jobs serves a globally distributed audience. By using the Service, you understand your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own, including the United States, by us and the service providers listed above.
Children's privacy
The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
