1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using EnRoute Jobs (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

2. Your account

You are responsible for the information in your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for activity under your account.

3. Job listings

Job listings are provided by employers and third parties, or curated by EnRoute Jobs from publicly available sources. EnRoute Jobs does not guarantee the accuracy, availability, or legitimacy of any listing and is not a party to any employment relationship. Always exercise due diligence before applying or sharing personal information with an employer.

4. AI tools

Our AI tools (including Solen, the Skills Gap Analyzer, Interview Simulator, Resume Enhancer, and others) generate suggestions for informational purposes only. Output may be inaccurate and should be reviewed before you rely on it.

5. Payments, subscriptions & credits

Some features — including employer job postings, featured listings, and AI credit packs — require payment, processed securely through Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically at the interval you selected until cancelled; you can cancel anytime from your account and will retain access through the end of the current billing period. Job posting fees and AI credit purchases are generally non-refundable once the service has been delivered (e.g. a job has been published, or credits have been used), except where required by law or stated otherwise at the time of purchase. 6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including scraping, spamming, posting unlawful, discriminatory, or fraudulent content, impersonating others, or attempting to disrupt the platform. Employers may not post listings that discriminate on a legally protected basis, except where a bona fide qualification applies (e.g. a role genuinely requiring specific work authorization).

7. Copyright & DMCA

We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe content on EnRoute Jobs infringes your copyright, send a notice to contact@enroutejobs.com identifying the work, its location on the Service, and your contact information, and we'll respond promptly.

8. Limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EnRoute Jobs is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [ADD YOUR GOVERNING STATE/COUNTRY HERE], without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

10. Changes
