Will it invent experience I do not have?+
No, and that is deliberate. The rewrite is grounded in your Career Record and will not add a metric, a tool or an achievement you have not recorded. Where you fall short of the job, it says so in a gaps list rather than papering over it.
Do I need to upload a resume first?+
Not if you have a Career Record. If there is no resume file on your account, the check runs against your record instead — experience, skills, education and accomplishments — and tells you which source it used.
What formats does it write?+
US and Canada, UK CV, Europe and Europass, and a seasonal format that puts availability and work authorisation above work history. Each follows the conventions that market expects, including length.
Is my resume used to train anything?+
No. Your resume text is sent to the model to produce your result and is not used for training. Contact details are never sent at all — they are placed on the document afterwards.
