Coordinator, Payroll Client Services - APAC (Remote APAC)

Resolve customer payroll inquiries via multiple channels while meeting service-level agreements. Diagnose and troubleshoot payroll issues using available tools and documentation. Escalate complex cases to senior team members following established workflows. Provide timely status updates and communicate payroll information clearly to customers. Document issue details and resolution steps accurately. Build foundational payroll expertise and identify process-improvement opportunities.

Strong attention to detail and clear written communication in English. Ability to follow structured processes and rely on documentation while developing independent problem-solving skills. Willingness to learn payroll systems and regional compliance regulations across APAC countries. Customer-service mindset and comfort working asynchronously in a fully remote, distributed team. Must be based in the APAC region.
