Translate GitLab's global customer-outcomes strategy into EMEA regional plans and execution. Define engagement models, coverage strategies and customer-journey frameworks for the region. Significant enterprise SaaS leadership experience in post-sales functions such as customer success, professional services or solutions architecture. Proven ability to lead both relationship-focused and technical teams through managers. Track record of improving customer adoption, retention and expansion. Expertise designing coverage models and engagement frameworks. Strong operational discipline including forecasting, KPI design and data-driven decision making. Experience managing multi-country teams. Experience with DevSecOps, AI adoption, Gainsight and Salesforce, and all-remote operations is valued. Must be based in Ireland, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain or the United Kingdom.
