Director, Customer Success, EMEA (Remote: Ireland, France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain, UK)

Translate GitLab's global customer-outcomes strategy into EMEA regional plans and execution. Define engagement models, coverage strategies and customer-journey frameworks for the region. Align Customer Success Management and Architecture relationship leadership with Customer Success Engineering technical capabilities. Build programs that increase product adoption, expand customer reach and tie usage to measurable business outcomes. Establish operational excellence through metrics, forecasting and KPI design, and improve data quality across operational systems. Recruit, develop and retain a distributed leadership team across multiple EMEA countries.

Significant enterprise SaaS leadership experience in post-sales functions such as customer success, professional services or solutions architecture. Proven ability to lead both relationship-focused and technical teams through managers. Track record of improving customer adoption, retention and expansion. Expertise designing coverage models and engagement frameworks. Strong operational discipline including forecasting, KPI design and data-driven decision making. Experience managing multi-country teams. Experience with DevSecOps, AI adoption, Gainsight and Salesforce, and all-remote operations is valued. Must be based in Ireland, France, Germany, the Netherlands, Spain or the United Kingdom.
