Pricing & Packaging Lead (Remote, North America)

Co-create pricing frameworks with executive leadership and consolidate existing pricing into a single coherent price book. Build enablement tools and calculators for more than 100 sales representatives. Partner with sales on complex seven-figure deals and run deal-desk decisions. Define CPQ and quote-to-cash requirements. Advise on sales compensation design where it is tied to pricing dynamics. Ship iteratively, reason from first principles, and keep pricing aligned with P&L objectives as the product portfolio evolves.

Prior experience owning pricing at a high-growth B2B SaaS company, ideally through product diversification or a pricing transition at deal sizes above 100,000 dollars. Expertise in consumption and hybrid pricing models including commits, drawdown, overage and true-ups. Direct experience working with founders and executives. Strong financial modelling skills aligned with P&L goals, deal-desk experience, CPQ and quote-to-cash knowledge, and fluency with spreadsheets and BI tools. Emphasis on iterative shipping, first-principles thinking and practical problem solving.
