G Adventures — the world's largest small-group adventure travel company on all seven continents for over 35 years — is hiring Tour Leaders (Chief Experience Officers) to guide travellers through Peru on seasonal contract. Peru is one of the most extraordinary and storied destinations in the world: Machu Picchu, the Inca Trail, the Sacred Valley, Cusco, Lake Titicaca, the Amazon rainforest, and coastal desert oases — a country where ancient civilizations, dramatic landscapes, and living indigenous culture intersect in ways that produce genuinely life-changing travel experiences. G Adventures CEOs go far beyond logistics: they create profound journeys with cultural depth, sustainable community focus, and genuine human connection. A key mandatory requirement for this role is the Carne de guia acreditado — the official Peruvian accredited tour guide license. Additional requirements include strong English language proficiency plus Spanish, a valid Guiding License, First Aid/CPR Certification, previous experience living or working abroad, and proven leadership skills. Experience or knowledge in Yoga, Pilates, or Meditation is considered a plus for many Peru itineraries. The role requires the ability to travel across Peru.
