Operate snowcat grooming machinery to maintain ski slopes, trails, and terrain park features to resort standards. Conduct pre- and post-shift equipment inspections and basic troubleshooting. Communicate with supervisors and the grooming team via radio. Document grooming logs and complete assigned specialized grooming operations such as park and winch work. Remove and install equipment components as needed and assist with special projects. Arrive prepared for each shift and participate in daily safety briefings.
Minimum 18 years of age. Minimum two years of snow grooming experience required. Basic mechanical troubleshooting ability and manual dexterity for equipment operation. Able to lift 60 pounds and stand for extended periods. Comfortable working irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in extreme cold, snow, and high winds. Applicants must be eligible to work in the United States.
