Assist guests loading and unloading chairlifts safely and efficiently. Maintain lift ramps, mazes and snow surfaces, including shoveling and raking. Check and validate lift tickets and passes. Coordinate with other departments by radio and respond to lift stops and incidents. Provide friendly guest service and information in all winter weather conditions. Work independently at a lift station for up to two hours at a time.
Minimum 18 years old. Strong communication and guest-service skills. Prior skiing or snowboarding experience preferred but not required. Ability to stand and work outdoors for long periods in harsh winter weather and to physically assist guests, potentially lifting 50 pounds or more. No certifications or driver verification required. Must be eligible to work in the United States (no sponsorship stated).
