Lift Operator - Winter 2026/27 (The Highlands at Harbor Springs, Michigan - Team Member Housing Available)

The Highlands at Harbor Springs, a Boyne Resorts ski and golf resort in northern Michigan, is hiring full-time Lift Operators for the 2026/27 winter season. Lift Operators run the resort's aerial and surface lifts safely according to established procedures, greet and assist guests in lift lines, help with loading and unloading, keep loading and unloading areas clear of snow and obstructions, inspect equipment and report concerns, and assist with daily opening and closing procedures. The role involves working outdoors for extended periods in winter weather and physical work such as snow shoveling throughout a shift. No prior experience is needed and training is provided.
