Wash dishes, pots, pans and cooking materials. Maintain overall kitchen cleanliness including sweeping and scrubbing floors. Load and unload supply trucks, receive and stock supplies. Three months of prior experience at a high-end restaurant, resort or private club. Ability to lift 40 pounds frequently and to stand and walk for the full shift. Ability to bend, stoop and kneel, with strong attention to detail. Completion of a pre-employment background check. Eligibility to work in the United States.
