Snowmaking Crew - Winter 2026/27 (The Highlands at Harbor Springs, Michigan - Team Member Housing Available)

Start up and shut down snowmaking equipment following established procedures. Constantly monitor and adjust snowguns to maintain optimal snow production and quality. Inspect and clean equipment, hoses, hydrants and related areas. Shovel snow from operational areas as needed. Assist other departments with resort operations and upkeep. Follow all safety procedures and report equipment concerns. Collaborate with the Snowmaking and Mountain Operations teams. Maintain a safe, clean and organised work environment.

High school diploma or GED preferred. No prior snowmaking experience required; training provided. Valid driver's licence. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and to stand and walk for extended shifts on snowy or icy terrain. Comfortable working outdoors in cold and changing weather, including overnight shifts. Skiing or snowboarding experience preferred. Able to work independently and as part of a team. Applicants must be legally eligible to work in the United States.
