Responsibilities

Support business development across Symbiotic's product verticals and own DeFi integrations and partnerships. Identify strategic market opportunities and maintain account intelligence on protocols, funds and partners. Leverage your network within crypto-native funds and protocol founder communities to advance deals. Collaborate with leadership on growth strategy and negotiate and close partnerships. Engage with customers and the broader DeFi community to gather feedback that shapes the product roadmap.

Requirements

Demonstrated commercial success with closed deals and strong negotiation ability. Established network within crypto-native funds and protocol founder communities. Deep DeFi fluency with a measurable growth track record, including understanding of lending, CDPs, DEXs and yield-bearing stablecoin structures. Experience with governance processes and protocol integrations is valued. Technical or traditional finance backgrounds and HubSpot CRM proficiency are bonuses. Must be able to work as a full-time employee (no contractors or B2B) based in the US, UK, France, Portugal or Hong Kong.
