Establish posting strategy across platforms including cadence, frequency, timing and platform conventions. Maintain rolling content calendars with mixed formats and execute publishing across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, X, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Quora and Reddit. Develop concepts and create production tickets with specifications and references for the creative team. Identify and adapt paid media content for organic use with strategic captions. Conduct substantive outbound engagement on external accounts to build reach and relationships. Deliver performance reporting against KPIs with analysis and testing recommendations.
3 to 5 years managing organic social for a brand or agency, with a portfolio. Strong creative briefing skills that translate concepts into executable production tickets. Strong short-form video editorial judgment and copywriting expertise emphasizing hooks, captions and engagement. Practical fluency with AI writing tools paired with editorial discernment. Thorough working knowledge of Instagram and TikTok mechanics and daily presence on major platforms. Strong analytical skills and proven publishing reliability. Healthcare, telehealth, supplements or wellness experience and familiarity with menopause or women's midlife health are strongly preferred.
