Senior Developer Advocate (GitLab, Remote: United States or Canada)

Master the GitLab platform, with particular focus on AI agent capabilities, and translate that knowledge into compelling demonstrations, videos, blog posts and presentations. Engage directly with customers through webinars and meetings, take part in analyst briefings, and create end-to-end video content showcasing real-world use cases. Feed technical feedback back to product teams, answer developer questions coming through sales channels, and represent GitLab in developer communities on social platforms. Travel up to roughly 20 percent of the time for events and customer engagement.

Hands-on technical expertise in software development and infrastructure, including demonstrated experience building agentic systems and AI applications. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly across written, video and live formats, with credibility in developer communities. Self-directed, curious, and able to collaborate independently across multiple teams. Proven experience engaging technical audiences or customer communities. Must be based in the United States or Canada.
