Head of Business Development - Logos (Remote, Worldwide)

Develop and execute the business development strategy for Logos. Identify high-value partnership ecosystems and build relationships with protocols, infrastructure providers and developer communities. Lead and mentor a two-person business development team while staying hands-on with the most strategic opportunities. Partner closely with technical and product teams to translate protocol capabilities into clear market propositions. Represent Logos with partners and the broader Web3 ecosystem.

Significant Web3 or blockchain experience with a strong understanding of technical architecture and infrastructure. Proven track record building partnerships that resulted in real adoption, ideally including mainnet launch experience. Existing relationships across the Web3 ecosystem and the ability to communicate credibly with highly technical stakeholders. Team management experience and the ability to work autonomously in a fully remote organization. Experience in privacy-focused L1 or L2 ecosystems or open-source protocols is especially valued.
