Director of Corporate Development (Remote: US, Canada or Poland)

Build an acquisition target pipeline through market mapping and relationships with bankers and founders. Design the screening and scoring methodology, run diligence, lead counterparty assessment and prepare deal models with scenario analysis. Build the full transaction budget and integration budget for each deal with synergy tracking. Own post-close 100-day plans and financial entity onboarding. Evaluate strategic alliances, joint ventures and major commercial agreements. Support long-term growth planning and debt or equity financing efforts.

8+ years in corporate development, investment banking, private equity or transaction advisory with direct origination experience. Strong financial modeling and due diligence coordination skills. Knowledge of software and SaaS business models and exposure to M&A and integration. An even temperament under pressure, low ego, attention to detail, sound commercial judgment and effective communication. Valued: MBA, Big Four transaction experience, software industry background, founding finance or corp dev experience and established banker networks.
