Superside, a remote-first creative subscription service for global brands, is hiring an AI Lead Creative for its Creative Studio. This is a remote contractor role open across the EMEA region. The Lead Creative guides distributed creative teams across branding, landing pages, ads, social, print and presentations, combining strategic creative leadership with hands-on craft and a passion for generative AI. It is a mentor-maker hybrid: you set direction, coach designers and still make work yourself using AI-assisted workflows.

Generate and refine visual concepts using AI tools including text-to-image, video and layout automation. Experiment with emerging AI workflows to improve quality and speed. Integrate AI-assisted assets while preserving brand integrity. Guide creative direction aligned with strategy and brand purpose. Communicate clearly with clients and build trust through leadership. Foster an inclusive team environment and coach and mentor designers with clear feedback. Lead by example, maintaining high standards and composure under pressure.
Excellent written and verbal English communication. 5+ years leading diverse, multidisciplinary creative teams. A strong portfolio showing excellence across branding, presentations and advertising, including AI-enhanced work. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma and presentation platforms. Demonstrated integration of AI tools into creative workflows. Experience leading project teams and mentoring peers. A collaborative, ego-free approach with active listening and empathy, and proven ability to manage multiple projects with attention to detail and team wellbeing.
