Senior Contracts Manager, Commercial EMEA (GitLab, Remote: United Kingdom or Ireland)

Manage commercial agreements across varying levels of complexity. Draft and review subscription agreements, AI terms, regulatory annexes, professional services agreements and NDAs. Negotiate directly with customers to support deal progress while protecting GitLab's interests. Collaborate with sales and stakeholders to provide timely contracting guidance. Assess contractual risk and translate legal issues into practical business options. Support sales enablement through contract guidance and education. Maintain and improve team playbooks and templates.

Experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts in software or technology environments, including complex arrangements with regulatory considerations. Ability to balance business goals with legal risk pragmatically and explain contracts to non-legal stakeholders. Experience working across geographies and time zones. Familiarity with Google Workspace and contract lifecycle management tools, and practical experience using AI tools in legal or commercial workflows. English fluency; French fluency is a distinct advantage. Law degree, paralegal certificate or equivalent practical experience. Based in the UK or Ireland.
