G Adventures — the world's largest small-group adventure travel company on all seven continents for over 35 years — is hiring Driving Tour Leaders (Driving Chief Experience Officers) to guide and drive epic Canadian road trips on seasonal contract. This is a uniquely North American format: you will guide a group of young travellers from around the world through Canada's national parks, cities, and wild landscapes by road — camping in Banff, Jasper, and beyond, exploring coastal cities, and creating the kind of spontaneous, genuine travel experiences that define G Adventures. As a Driving CEO, you are the guide, the driver, the storyteller, and the face of G Adventures all at once. You must be at least 21 years old, hold a valid Class 4 drivers license (required for Alberta and BC, allowing you to drive up to 15 passengers), have a clean driving record, and be legally eligible to work in Canada. You must be a safe long-distance driver, a proven leader comfortable with diverse group dynamics, and someone who has an infectious love of Canada and the outdoors. G Adventures provides comprehensive training including commercial driving, trip planning, crisis management, public speaking, budgeting, and more.
