Customer Support & Success
Technical Account Manager – Poland
Camunda
Description
Camunda builds the enterprise platform for agentic orchestration, letting organisations coordinate AI agents, people and software systems across complex business processes with governance and auditability built in. More than 700 organisations use it, including nine of the ten largest US banks. The company is fully remote and global, and placed third in Flexa's 2026 ranking of the most flexible employers.
**The role**
Technical Account Managers at Camunda act as trusted technical advisors to the company's most strategic customers, helping them convert a process orchestration vision into measurable business results. The listing describes the posture as being "in the boat together" with clients from day one.
Success here is relationship-driven as much as technical: building lasting partnerships, speeding up customer outcomes, and making complicated technology feel approachable to teams with very different levels of technical depth. The role sits within Customer Success.
**What you would be doing**
- Acting as the primary technical contact for a set of enterprise customers, guiding them through every stage of Camunda adoption
- Building and executing tailored technical adoption plans aimed at business outcomes rather than feature usage
- Providing hands-on guidance and advisory services to both business and technical stakeholders, from onboarding through ongoing operations
- Removing execution risk by running platform and solution health checks, managing escalations, and advocating internally for customer needs
- Working across Customer Success, Consulting, Support, Product, Engineering, Sales and Pre-Sales
- Supporting public sector accounts that require security clearance, alongside other accounts across the UK or Europe
**Requirements**
- At least 3 years as a Technical Account Manager or in a directly comparable enterprise software role
- Hands-on capability in a high-level programming language such as Java, C# or Python, plus relevant enterprise frameworks
- Solid grasp of modern solution architectures and DevOps practice, Kubernetes especially
- A track record advising both technical and business stakeholders, and explaining complex issues clearly to different audiences
- Strategic problem-solving and comfort adapting the approach to each customer's situation
- Willingness to use the product yourself
**Nice to have**
- Background in enterprise automation, BPM, process orchestration or RPA
- Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Azure Solutions Architect Expert, CKA or CKAD
- Existing familiarity with Camunda products
**The travel commitment — read this carefully**
This role expects regular on-site time with accounts for milestone moments, **up to 50% during busy periods**. That is a significant commitment and appears in both the responsibilities and the requirements, so it is not incidental. Anyone weighing this role against a fully location-independent lifestyle should treat that as the central trade-off.
**Location and employment**
The posting is titled for Poland and is marked remote. Camunda hires directly in the United States, United Kingdom and Singapore, and elsewhere through Remote.com as employer of record. A personalised rewards calculation follows the first interview for candidates outside those three markets.
**Compensation**
Annual total target cash, combining base and full variable target, spanning the minimum in a standard market to the maximum in a major tech hub:
- United States: $150,100–$242,000
- United Kingdom: £94,200–£155,000
- Singapore: S$186,400–S$279,600
Offers usually sit in the first half of the range. Equity is available through the Virtual Stock Option Plan where applicable.
**Benefits**
- Work from anywhere, with home office budget, co-working support and flexible time off
- Annual kickoff, in Madrid for 2026, plus team offsites and a travel meetup budget
- Locally tailored healthcare and Modern Health for mental wellbeing
- Live Well lifestyle spending account, scaling to €1,000 a year from 2027
- Pension or retirement contributions and insurance where relevant
- Up to $/€/£1,000 a year for self-directed learning
Camunda discloses that it may use AI tools when screening applications and during interviews.
