Surf Hostel Work Exchange Volunteer

Rashed and his wife Nadia host Workaway volunteers at Anza Surf House, their small surf hostel in Agadir Anza, Morocco.

Work is easy-going with plenty of free time: preparing and cleaning up breakfast for guests, plus occasional check-in/check-out shift support and general hostel help.

In exchange, you get a private room with a single bed, breakfast included daily, access to a wetsuit and surfboard, and shared common areas (kitchen, rooftop, living room, WiFi).

Minimum stay is one month, and the host takes one volunteer at a time, so this is a close, low-key setup rather than a big volunteer house. Digital nomads are welcome.

This is an unpaid work exchange (private room + breakfast only) -- not a paid job and not visa sponsored. Moroccan tourist-visa rules vary significantly by nationality (many Western passport holders can enter visa-free for up to 90 days; check your own country's requirements before committing to a longer stay).
