Guest Experience & Marketing Workaway Volunteer

Ryan and Anthea run an eco-friendly boutique hotel on 2.5 beachfront acres (units, garden casitas, treehouses, an inn with restaurant and yoga deck) in Santa Catalina, Panama, and are hosting Workaway volunteers ("Super Host" status, 80% rating, 11 reviews).

Current openings include handyperson/gardening work, guest-experience roles (from October 2026), and yoga/massage instruction (from May 2027). Work includes marketing and social media, event/retreat planning and coordination, and photography/content creation; bilingual Spanish/English skills are valued. Commitment is 5 hours a day, 5 days a week, with a minimum 3-month stay required due to training needs.

In exchange, you get a private or shared room with AC, ceiling fan and private bathroom in a separate staff house, plus laundry access and WiFi. Breakfast is provided daily, along with basic pantry staples (vegetables, fruits, oil, rice, beans, coffee/tea/water); restaurant discounts are offered, though alcohol, sodas, and snacks are excluded.

A valid Panama driver's license and Spanish skills are preferred but not mandatory.
