Senior Business Analyst, Mining (100% Remote)

Conduct due diligence on mining assets and build financial models including DCF, NAV, and comparables analysis. Analyze mineral resource statements and evaluate project economics against JORC, NI 43-101, and SAMREC codes. Prepare investment memoranda and presentations, monitor commodity markets and M&A activity, and support deal execution. Assess geopolitical and ESG risks on mining opportunities, and help structure alternative financing schemes including prepays, royalties, and streaming agreements.

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Geology, Geological Engineering, Mining Engineering, or Earth Sciences, paired with five or more years in mining, investment banking, corporate finance, equity research, or technical and financial advisory within the resources sector. Strong financial modeling and valuation skills, advanced Excel proficiency, and working knowledge of JORC, NI 43-101, or SAMREC reporting codes. Multi-commodity experience, ESG framework knowledge, and willingness to travel are a plus. Open to candidates in France, the Netherlands, the United Kingdom, Sweden, Spain, or Belgium.
