Applied AI Architect, Startups (London, Visa Sponsorship Available)

Partner with Account Executives to understand startup requirements and serve as technical advisor throughout Claude adoption, from evaluation through deployment. Win competitive technical evaluations by helping startups build frameworks that demonstrate Claude performance for their specific use cases. Establish credibility with founders and engineering teams by understanding their build patterns and guiding architectural decisions. Gather market insight on Claude implementation patterns and emerging use cases and feed it back to Product and Engineering. Travel to customer sites, startup events and industry conferences for technical workshops, deep dives and relationship building.

5+ years in technical customer-facing roles such as Solutions Architect, Sales Engineer or Forward Deployed Engineer, or founder-led sales experience. Background working with startups or high-growth technology companies and an understanding of early-stage velocity and constraints. Strong engineering or founder background with the credibility to earn trust from technical founders. Deep expertise building and scaling AI products, with hands-on LLM deployment, context engineering and evaluation experience. Python proficiency and familiarity with common LLM frameworks and integration patterns. Expected in the London office at least 25 percent of the time.
