Manager, Security Incident Response

Lead and grow 1Password's security incident response function, including triage, investigation, containment, and post-incident review for security events across the company's infrastructure and products. Build and maintain incident response playbooks, runbooks, and tooling. Manage and mentor incident responders, coordinating cross-functional response efforts with engineering, legal, and executive stakeholders during active incidents. Report on incident trends and drive improvements to detection and response capability over time.

Significant experience leading security incident response or a similar security operations function, including hands-on investigation and containment of real incidents. Strong people-management and cross-functional communication skills, since this role coordinates responders and briefs leadership during live incidents. Based in the United States or Canada, able to work remotely with occasional on-call responsibilities.
