Support global tax compliance efforts with external tax advisors for income tax, indirect tax (VAT/GST), and statutory filings. Prepare and maintain tax-related balance sheet reconciliations and schedules. Own and maintain general ledger accounting in NetSuite across multiple international legal entities. Partner with Payroll and People Ops for accurate accounting of global payroll, benefits, and employer taxes. Manage balance sheet accounts for international subsidiaries. Execute and support the monthly close process in NetSuite. Maintain and reconcile intercompany transactions. Support multi-currency accounting under US GAAP.
4+ years of accounting or audit experience, SaaS or usage-based revenue environments preferred. Strong US GAAP knowledge, including ASC 740 experience. Exposure to US federal/state and international tax frameworks (VAT/GST, foreign corporate taxes). NetSuite and QuickBooks proficiency. Detail-oriented with strong analytical and communication skills.
