OnTheGoSystems, the team behind the WPML WordPress multilingual plugin used on more than 1.5 million active WordPress sites, is hiring a Technical Paid Advertising Specialist to run and optimize paid acquisition campaigns for its translation and localization software products. Plan, launch, and manage paid advertising campaigns across search and social platforms to drive qualified traffic and signups for WPML and related products. Set up and maintain conversion tracking, tagging, and attribution so campaign performance can be measured accurately. Analyze campaign data to identify what is working, cut underperforming spend, and reallocate budget toward the best-performing channels and audiences. Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align paid campaigns with product launches, content, and messaging. Stay current on paid advertising platform changes, auction dynamics, and privacy/tracking shifts that affect performance.
Hands-on experience managing paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, or similar platforms) with a technical understanding of tracking, tagging, and analytics. Comfortable working with conversion tracking tools, UTM structures, and campaign reporting. Strong analytical skills and comfort making budget decisions from data rather than guesswork. Experience with SaaS or software marketing is a plus. Self-directed and comfortable working async in a fully distributed, international team. Business-level English required.
