Manager, Onboarding Operations AMER (Remote.com, Remote: Colombia, Brazil or Argentina)

Manage a regional onboarding operations team across multiple countries, with responsibility for people leadership, coaching and delivery quality. Identify and implement process improvements and support the adoption of AI and automation across onboarding workflows. Partner with specialists to define operational requirements and measure the impact of changes. Act as the escalation point for complex onboarding challenges and serve as a subject-matter expert on global employment. Track and report team performance and service levels.

Demonstrated people-management experience in a high-volume operations environment, with the ability to build scalable processes. Strong understanding of employment laws, benefits and payroll across multiple countries. Comfortable using data to inform decisions and leading organisational change. Experience with AI and automation tools, with sound judgment about their responsible use. Fluent written and spoken English; based in Colombia, Brazil or Argentina.
