Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in sourcing, vendor risk or outsourcing management. Working knowledge of MaRisk, KWG, EBA guidelines, BAIT and DORA. Fluent English; German preferred. Strong stakeholder management and analytical skills. Data-driven decision making and project management expertise. Willingness to be based in Berlin (relocation package with visa support available for those who need it).
