Horse Ranch Work Exchange Volunteer

A small family-run horse ranch near Dusheti, Georgia -- 40 minutes from Tbilisi, 10 minutes from Bazaleti Lake at 925m elevation -- is hosting Workaway volunteers.

You will help with 3 hours of work, 5 days a week: organizing and cleaning common areas and cottages, caring for the ranch horses (watering, brushing, daily needs), assisting with land maintenance and small construction projects, and occasional photography/videography for the ranch's social media.

In exchange, you get a private cottage with two beds, bathroom, and bathtub, plus kitchen access for self-catering (meals are not included -- you cook for yourself). You can also ride the horses and explore the surrounding forests in your free time.

Minimum stay is one month or longer. The hosts prefer groups -- couples, friends, or multiple individuals -- and welcome digital nomads and camper vans. Internet access is available on-site. English, Georgian, and Russian are spoken, with informal language exchange offered alongside the work.
