Guesthouse Housekeeping Workaway Volunteer

Nicole (with her husband Oktay) runs a guesthouse in Goreme, Cappadocia, Turkey -- known for hot air balloon watching and hiking trails -- and is hosting a Workaway volunteer.

You will help with light housekeeping: room turnover, common area cleaning, and maintaining the grounds and rooftop terrace. Commitment is 5 hours a day, 5 days a week (25 hours/week).

In exchange, you get a shared room bed at the guesthouse in central Goreme, plus self-catering kitchen access. Nicole is a licensed hot-air-balloon pilot, tour guide, and CELTA-certified English teacher who also offers cultural exchange and language practice (English, Mandarin, Turkish).

Minimum stay is 2 weeks. Cleaning experience is required, and applicants should be comfortable with dogs and cats on the property; only one workawayer is accepted at a time. Internet, water, and electricity may be intermittent, reflecting local village conditions.
