Own GTM readiness for product launches, pricing and packaging changes, new SKUs, migrations, deprecations and route-to-market changes. Translate product decisions into commercial and operational requirements across catalog, pricing, contracting, Salesforce and CPQ, billing, provisioning, compensation, reporting and the customer lifecycle. Partner with Product teams early to identify impacted GTM motions and establish decisions, owners and dependencies. Orchestrate cross-functional readiness while maintaining clear accountability. Drive end-to-end operational validation by defining critical scenarios and ensuring appropriate testing. Identify and manage readiness risks and surface unresolved issues before launch. Improve the GTM Readiness operating model through reusable processes and automation.
8 or more years of overall professional experience with 5 or more years in Product Operations, Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or similar GTM-support roles. Demonstrated experience supporting product launches and commercial model changes. Working knowledge of SaaS processes including opportunity-to-order, quoting and CPQ, pricing, contracting, billing, provisioning, renewals and compensation. Ability to translate ambiguous needs into clear operational requirements and execution plans, coordinate complex initiatives across multiple functions without direct authority, and apply systems thinking to downstream effects of commercial changes. Excellent written and verbal communication. Preferred: B2B SaaS or subscription experience with multiple products or segments, hands-on Salesforce, CPQ, billing, provisioning or entitlement systems, experience designing launch readiness processes, multi-channel product experience, and familiarity with automation and AI for requirements gathering.
