Global Entity Operations Associate (WorkMotion, Remote: Spain, Portugal, Greece, Croatia, Slovenia, Albania, Poland, Romania, Bulgaria, Hungary or Serbia)

Manage day-to-day entity operations across multiple jurisdictions. Track and meet corporate compliance obligations and filing deadlines. Support the set-up and maintenance of entities as the company expands into new countries. Manage and coordinate external providers such as corporate secretaries, registered agents and local advisors. Work with Finance, Payroll, HR Operations and Legal on cross-functional processes. Maintain accurate corporate records and documentation for audit readiness. Identify operational challenges and build scalable, repeatable processes.

Bachelor or Master degree in Law, Economics, Business Administration, International Affairs or a related field. 2 or more years of experience in international operations, project management, entity set-up and maintenance, legal operations or compliance. Solid project management skills, an organized and flexible approach, and strong interpersonal and communication abilities. Comfortable in a fast-paced environment with a proactive, problem-solving mindset and meticulous attention to detail and documentation. Fluent in English, both written and spoken. Must be based in one of the listed countries and work within plus or minus 2 hours of CET.
