Financial Controller (RemotePass, Remote: Poland, Philippines, Turkey, Morocco or Romania)

Manage month-end and year-end close cycles for all entities with consistent, timely reporting. Oversee reconciliations, intercompany transactions and transfer pricing documentation. Coordinate statutory financial statements, local audits and tax filings with in-country advisors. Establish and maintain internal controls aligned with local GAAP and IFRS. Ensure tax, filing and licensing compliance across all jurisdictions. Interface with external auditors, tax consultants and accounting firms. Standardize and automate finance processes to reduce manual work. Support financial due diligence for new entities and acquisitions. Consolidate multi-currency financials into group-level reporting and manage cash flow, treasury and FX exposure. Contribute to budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis and lead and mentor the finance team.

6 or more years in accounting or finance with 2 to 3 years in multi-entity or multi-country consolidation. Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field. CPA or ACCA certification. Demonstrated proficiency closing books across multiple jurisdictions and currencies. Strong IFRS and or US GAAP knowledge with familiarity with local variations. Intercompany accounting, transfer pricing and consolidation experience. ERP, accounting systems and consolidation software proficiency. Strong attention to detail balanced with strategic capability, cross-functional and cross-timezone communication skills, and fluent written and spoken English. Preferred: EOR, PEO or HR tech industry experience, Big 4 audit background, global payroll compliance knowledge, remote-first company experience.
