Infisical is hiring a Design Engineer (Site) to own infisical.com and show the world what the company is about. The role is listed as Remote for the United States and Canada; the team operates primarily as a remote team with a strong presence in San Francisco, and the requirement is to be based in the Americas (SF preferred) or able to work EST hours. You will work with engineering, design and marketing as the go-to person for building and maintaining the design and infrastructure of the landing page so it is iconic and performant and drives organic traffic and user adoption. Design and ship pixel-perfect, reusable components and complex designs. Build and maintain core website pages including home, product, blogs and the learning and resource hub, along with microsites, frontend architecture, code quality and CMS integration. Implement SEO best practices, run A/B tests and optimize conversion funnels. Integrate analytics, attribution and marketing tooling such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and HubSpot. Work closely with the co-founder, engineering, design and marketing to build out the growth engine.
Deep mastery of JavaScript, React.js, Node.js, TypeScript and frameworks like React and Next.js. Experience building high-quality frontend systems and components with strong attention to performance, accessibility and maintainability. Experience with web design and design systems. Exceptional attention to detail and eagerness to learn. Bias toward action, able to make decisions, iterate quickly and take calculated risks. Based in the Americas (SF preferred) or able to work EST hours. Nice to have: technical SEO fundamentals, experience with CMS platforms such as Contentful or Sanity, website analytics and marketing platform integrations, and developer-facing products or startups.
