The company is hiring a Sales Development Representative for the Benelux and wider European market, listed as Remote in Europe with a European timezone. You are the front of the sales machine: you take inbound leads and hunt outbound prospects, qualify them fast, and get a demo on an Account Executive calendar. This is a high-velocity, transactional sales role built on the SaaS SDR playbook of tight cadences, high activity volume, sharp qualification and relentless follow-up across phone, email, WhatsApp and LinkedIn. Work inbound leads within SLA and convert them to booked demos. Build and execute outbound sequences against target retailer lists, personalising at speed. Qualify hard on buyer type, purchase volume, intent and timeline, and disqualify bad leads quickly. Book, confirm and protect demos, reducing no-shows with reminders and pre-demo touches. Keep the CRM immaculate with every touch logged and every lead dispositioned. Feed learnings back to the team on objections, messaging that lands and segments that convert.
1 to 3 years in a SaaS or tech-sales SDR or BDR role with a transactional, high-volume motion. Strong on the phone and crisp in writing, comfortable with 60 to 80 or more meaningful touches a day. Process-driven, living in cadences and CRM hygiene. Coachable and resilient. Native or professional proficiency in English, Dutch, Flemish and French is required for this role. Jewellery knowledge is not required.
