Discover, design, develop, test and deploy backend software for the Incentives team. Manage project priorities and deadlines collaboratively with product and engineering peers. Own services in production, including monitoring and performance. Stay current with technology trends and propose innovations during Get Stuff Done Days. Give and receive direct, constructive feedback in code reviews and team discussions.
Production experience with a JVM language and Spring Boot, with Kotlin preferred. Solid understanding of microservice architecture. Proficiency with relational and non-relational databases, PostgreSQL preferred. Experience with modern cloud architecture, AWS preferred. An action-oriented, delivery-focused mindset, a security-conscious approach, and a commitment to well-tested, well-documented code.
