5+ years in automation or operations with a documented track record of delivering multiple AI-driven initiatives from conception to launch. Strong process engineering mindset with the ability to map complex workflows and identify technological improvements. Expert-level proficiency configuring and managing Jira, plus hands-on experience with orchestration tools such as n8n. Comfortable analyzing performance data and translating metrics into clear impact reports. Ability to bridge technical possibilities with marketing needs through effective team coaching. Fluent English.
