Develop and execute yield strategies across direct sales, programmatic and network channels. Set and optimize floor prices, waterfalls and auction configurations to maximize revenue per impression. Ensure delivery from indirect demand sources such as Open Bidding SSPs, Idealo, AdMob and ad networks. Analyze inventory performance, forecast ad revenue and manage pacing. Negotiate rates, terms and SLAs with programmatic partners and SSPs, onboard new demand sources, and collaborate with the Ad Tech, sales and product teams.
5 or more years in programmatic, AdOps or AdTech on the publisher side with hands-on yield and SSP management experience. Strong knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem. Data-driven approach with A/B testing and analytics skills in tools such as Looker and Google Analytics. Native or near-native English proficiency is required and Spanish is a plus. Comfortable working in a global environment and willing to work from Barcelona on a hybrid basis.
