Associate Solutions Architect (London, Visa Sponsorship Available)

Lead Claude Code technical workshops for enterprise engineering teams. Guide proof-of-concept implementations and evaluations. Develop customized workflows for customer development environments. Conduct discovery calls to understand developer pain points. Run technical pilots that demonstrate productivity impact. Maintain deep product expertise and create demo materials. Collaborate with senior solutions architects on complex technical requirements.

2 or more years of software engineering or solutions architecture experience. Daily hands-on expertise with Claude Code. 1 or more years of customer-facing technical experience. Strong understanding of software development workflows and proficiency across multiple programming languages and IDEs. Excellent technical presentation, problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Self-motivated and able to manage concurrent engagements. Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional background. Able to work from the London office at least 25 percent of the time.
