Software Engineering
ClickUp
ClickUp is building what it describes as the first truly converged AI workspace, unifying tasks, docs, chat, calendar and enterprise search with context-driven AI. The company is looking for backend engineers to join its Fields squad, the team behind ClickUp's custom task data: dynamic schemas, high-volume updates and the flexibility that lets users tailor ClickUp to their own workflows. The squad builds scalable, high-throughput, low-latency services that handle millions of requests a day. ClickUp describes itself as an AI-native company where every team member is expected to use AI daily, and AI fluency is evaluated as part of hiring. Location and eligibility come from the employer's own Ashby posting metadata: the job is marked remote with the primary location Czechia and secondary locations Ukraine and Hungary; the posting body itself carries only the LI-REMOTE marker and no further country sentence, so treat eligibility as those three countries. On visas, ClickUp states that sponsorship for engineering and product roles is not guaranteed and is based on the business needs for that specific role at that time. Compensation is not listed. Freshness evidence: Ashby publishedAt 2026-09-15, with a sibling posting published at a different time the same day, so this is not a board-wide resync.
