Product Management
Typeform
Typeform, the form builder used by more than 150,000 businesses to collect 500 million responses a year, is hiring an AI Product Operations Lead to build and operate the internal AI Operations capability for its R&D organization. The role is remote and posted for Germany, Ireland, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain and the United Kingdom. Product Operations sits at the center of how Typeform's Product and wider R&D teams work, and teams are already experimenting with tools like Glean and Claude, building automations, testing agents and finding new ways to use AI across the product development lifecycle. This hands-on role turns that energy into something systematic: you will identify the highest-value problems AI can solve, understand how people work today, design the right solution (a prompt, automation, integration, agent or internal app), build or coordinate its delivery, and stay accountable for how it performs after launch. You will own the connective layer between AI strategy and day-to-day execution across R&D, reporting to the VP of Product Operations and working closely with Product, Engineering, Design, Research, Data Science, IT, InfoSec and other AI practitioners. Typeform notes this is not a role for someone who only wants to prototype prompts, manage project plans or write requirements. Compensation was not listed on the posting.

Build and continuously improve the backlog of AI opportunities across R&D, helping teams identify, prioritize and sequence the highest-impact jobs. Take ambiguous problems from discovery through delivery: understand the user and workflow, explore options, design the system, build or coordinate implementation, test, document, launch, measure and improve. Design simple AI-native solutions that fit how people work, knowing when a prompt is enough and when a workflow, integration, agent, database or custom application is needed. Help R&D get more value from enterprise AI tools such as Glean and Claude, partnering with IT and InfoSec on access, configuration, connectors, enablement and support. Own the lifecycle of AI systems in your portfolio including automations, skills, agents and internal web applications. Establish practical approaches to evaluation, testing, reliability, observability, security and maintenance. Help run and evolve R&D AI governance and enablement practices, and work with Finance on visibility into AI tool usage, spend and value. Explore autonomous agents that improve how teams plan, discover, design, build, evaluate and manage work.
Strong practical experience applying AI to real-world problems and building solutions people actually use. Track record of taking ambiguous problems from discovery through implementation, testing, adoption and ongoing improvement. Excellent systems thinking across people, processes, tools, data flows, integrations, permissions and technical constraints. Strong user and workflow discovery skills. Hands-on technical fluency building, modifying and troubleshooting workflows, automations, agents or applications. Practical experience with modern development practices and tools such as GitHub, pull requests, basic application hosting, deployment, logging and operational troubleshooting. Experience managing work independently: prioritizing a backlog, handling dependencies and risks, documenting decisions and communicating clearly. A strong approach to evaluation and reliability. Ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical teams without close day-to-day direction. Good judgment around responsible AI, security, access and governance. Must be based in Germany, Ireland, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain or the United Kingdom.
