Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of Cloudbeds customers across Latin America, handling all product and account inquiries. Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities and work to minimise churn across the portfolio. Provide strategic hospitality guidance to customers, using operational expertise to improve how they use the platform. Analyse customer data to surface utilisation gaps and operational improvements. Coordinate with technical teams on escalations and synthesise customer feedback for the product organisation.
Five or more years in hospitality operational roles such as Revenue Manager, Front Desk Manager, Operations Manager or General Manager. Strong understanding of hotel operations, revenue management, property management systems and the LATAM hospitality market. Fluent Spanish (native or professional proficiency) and comfort working LATAM business hours. Ability to learn technology platforms quickly, manage multiple accounts simultaneously and stay resilient in a customer-facing role.
