Toptal
Toptal is a global network of top talent in business, design, and technology that enables companies to scale their teams on demand. With more than $200 million in annual revenue and team members around the world, Toptal describes itself as the world's largest fully remote workforce. This is a full-cycle Account Executive role on the SMB sales team, hired for candidates based in Canada, Central America or South America. You will prospect, qualify and close net-new accounts while re-engaging dormant accounts, self-sourcing meetings through phone, email and LinkedIn and managing your pipeline in Salesforce. The role follows a structured ramp: onboarding and learning the Toptal model in week one, personalized sales training and tooling (SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator) in month one, hitting activity quotas and Salesforce data-integrity targets by month three, fully ramped quota by month six, and closing multiple net-new strategic accounts and mentoring newer AEs by year one. This is an individual contributor position, not a supervisory role. Per the listing: This is a remote position. Toptal does not offer visa sponsorship or assistance, and resumes and communication must be submitted in English.
