The role is fully remote and posted for Remote, Ireland and Remote, Israel. You will work with existing customers by phone, video and email, execute the renewal process, assess license usage and true-up requirements, and align renewal proposals with each customer's business needs. You will also provide administrative support to the renewals and account teams, coordinate purchase orders and order forms, and collaborate with Sales and Customer Success on retention strategy using analytics. Familiarity with technical products, especially DevOps or the software development lifecycle, is preferred. Must be located in Ireland or Israel; GitLab notes some roles may carry location-based eligibility requirements.
