EggAI is hiring an AI Engineering Lead to lead a remote engineering team across the full lifecycle of client engagements. Experience designing instrumentation and feedback loops for continuous system improvement. Nice to have: experience in security-sensitive or regulated environments, building AI tooling and evaluation infrastructure, recruiting and developing engineering talent, open-source contributions or active AI community participation. Must be located in the EU.
