The Assistant Ticket Manager supports daily Mountain Sales operations with a focus on exceptional guest experience and sales, reporting to the Ticket Office Manager and working closely with them to ensure seamless ticketing and sales transactions and efficient workflows across guest touchpoints. Pay is 63,832 to 73,682 USD per year and salaried roles are eligible for bonus, with paid time off, ski passes and company perks. Employee housing is first come first serve, and winter seasonal roles are also encouraged to review the Tenants for Turns Program. Aspen One participates in E-Verify, so US work authorization is required.

Support daily Mountain Sales operations, ensuring a seamless, guest-focused sales experience. Lead and manage front-line ticket office staff with coaching and performance feedback. Provide guest interaction support and resolve complaints professionally. Assist with hiring, onboarding, scheduling and payroll. Train staff on sales techniques, product knowledge and resort systems. Promote and sell lift access products, activity tickets, lessons and rentals, and book private lessons and reservations. Maintain an organized office environment and build relationships across departments.
High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred. Minimum of one year of experience in a supervisory or leadership role within a guest service or sales environment required; team management experience preferred. Accurate cash handling in a fast-paced environment, advanced computer skills and the ability to navigate multiple software platforms; familiarity with Resort Technology Partners (RTP) software preferred. Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving and upselling ability, excellent communication, and the flexibility to respond to changing business demands; multilingual abilities preferred. Must be able to stand or walk for extended periods and frequently lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs, with occasional outdoor exposure. US work authorization required (E-Verify).
